I love the material, color, and fit of this skirt. It's super flattering and comfortable and holds up well in the wash.
This is my third comfy skirt in 10 years. They wear well, wash well, and fold up amazingly small for how substantial the beautiful fabric is. Perfect for travel. Because I am quite tall this was a special order and the result is flawless. I love this company.
I have three knee-length comfy skirts but this was my first long one. It is definitely a new favorite, for work, for walking around town, for lounging….pretty much could wear this every day. Something about the heavy drape of the comfy fabric at this length is, well, amazingly comfortable and satisfying…and it looks good too, such a flattering fit for my curvy shape! The pewter color is a unique blueish grey, true to the color shown (on my screen). The pocket (always a fun surprise!) for mine was a black crepe and orange&black geometric print. Thanks for another new amazing find!!
I have been in love with the comfy skirt for 15+ years. I started with knee length, went to mini and now I basically live in the long ones! I love Texture and will wear comfy skirts as long as you make them!! Thank you all for helping me look dressy and cute while allowing me to feel as though I am in my jammies. There is definitely a reason they are named Comfy!
...in the best possible way. When my husband saw it, he said, "You look Amish! Now all you need is a bonnet." I took that as a compliment. Plus, I love the color (fern). And, the other day, here in the Hudson Valley, I took my daily six-mile walk in this skirt, in forty-degree weather, and it kept my legs perfectly warm. Practicality, elegance, beauty—this skirt has it all!
I'm writing about the long skirt because that's the one I have been buying lately but I also own 3 knee-length and plan on trying a mini soon (brave for me!).
I have been buying Texture's skirts since I found them in a small hemp shop in Portland OR around 13? years ago? And then at pop-ups like Craft Wonderland and now online. I can't say enough good things. They last forever, are very comfy, good for all weather (I used to bike in them year-round in Portland, the knee length is perfect on a bike, paired with tights and knee socks? *chefs kiss* ), and really durable. I wear them hiking, bike camping, amping, childminding, gardening...hold up super well. I wear an xxl these days and the fit is great. I also have the Dreamy dress and market skirt, super cute. =D
I just bought the yellow Comfy Skirt in long and boy oh boy... now I want to buy all of them! Super comfortable and fits perfectly. The color is delicious. I love this company!
I live in these skirts in the fall/winter (and the knee length ones in the spring/summer). I can't say enough good things about them. They are cozy, durable, easy to dress up or down, and I'm a fan!
I've been happily wearing a handful of long comfy skirts in various colors for close to a decade (?!) These hold up beautifully over time. I receive compliments whenever I wear them about the town and feel put together and as though I'm wearing my most comfortable and forgiving sweatpants. it's the perfect wardrobe staple. I encourage you to invest in several of your favorite colors, or treat yourself to a new color every season. You'll be VERY glad that you did.
That is all.
